Phone doesn't work
Phone will not work with the SIM card purchased for it. We tried the SIM card in a different phone and it worked fine, but will not work with this one. It's not useful at all and there is no tech support to help resolve the problems we've had with it. Stay away from this worthless handset.

Great Phone - Great price
Needed a good cell phone to fly in my Fader Drone. This phone was so good and so easy to use that I dumped my old cell phone and enhanced this phone to be a complete phone product.

PROBLEMS GETTING THE SERVICE SET UP A PIECE OF JUNK
TOOK 4 DAYS TO GET THE PHONE IN OPERATION WITH TRACFONE. AFTER THE PHONE WAS SET UP IT LASTED ABOUT A MONTH UNTIL I LOST SERVICE AGAIN. ON CONTACTING THE TECHS FOR THE COMPANY THEY WERE UNABLE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. SO I AM LEFT WITH A USELESS PIECE OF EQUIPMENT SINCE THE ENDED THE SERVICE ON MY FLIP PHONE WHICH WORKED PERFECTLY.

Simple to use
All the reviews saying it's hard to get the phone operating from an existing TracFone account are false. Took the sim from old phone. Inserted into this one and not a single issue. Works great for the price.
