Pros:1. Good product. It is a regular mixer with atta grinder as special feature. This mixer has all the components of regular mixer like wet grinder , dry grinder, juicer in addition to the atta grinder.2. The atta grinder cum mixer is a must in every household for making different types of grain powders and masala especially for the people where the mills are not available or easily accessible.3. Note, the item is not for making large quantity of powders in one go. This is similar to regular daily mixer usage where the amount of grinding required is small or medium. This is a best product for those homes where the atta or masala powder is made fresh for weekly (atta) or monthly use (masala powder). Good power as the powder comes out fine.4. Value for money for those who prefer eating freshly grind and preservative/chemical free grains or masala powders/spices for healthy lifestyle.5.The service center is very cooperative and they resolve any issue within time. So, there is good service support for this item. (personal experience where the coupler was broken and replaced)Cons:Noise level is slightly louder than regular mixer for atta grinding.The coupler gets extremely heated if used constantly during days when summer heat is high. So, avoid using it during extremely hot summers if possible.One needs to wear mask for the particles coming while mixing.

As promised, It is a product that combines the functions of a flour mill and a masala grinder, making it highly convenient for home use. The four nets provided offer flexibility in texture. The three jars and two extra blades are very useful for a variety of tasks, including juicing, grinding, and making chutneys. The motor is powerful and handles both wet and dry ingredients with ease.Reducing a star as I had received a product with a minor issue initially; however, the customer support team was very responsive. They quickly arranged a free service without any hassle.Overall, this is a value-for-money product that delivers as promised.

Excellent product quality. It is oversized for me & my wife only. Repeated requests made to Amazon but they refused to take it back. I have also confirmed them that I don't need refund but let me choose another suitable product with that money. They always say their policy is fixed but don't care about customer satisfaction. Last 20 years, I am a loyal customer but with the treatment I got, I will be no more a buying customer to Amazon. Amazon loose nothing after all only one customer.Good luck Amazon & Good bye...

I have been using it for seven months and this grinder is amazingly well in performance and quality. They gave me 3 months extended warranty as well. I have used it mainly for flour and spices but there are many more things that can be done with this machine. I recommend it to save yourself from preservatives loaded ground and packaged items and live a healthy life.

No need to go out for flour now. We can do at home easily with this product. Flour was finely powdered. Cleaning is little bit hassle but manage to clean. Jars also really good to use. 5 bladed and 3 jars which are very useful.Little bit expensive. Quality is great.If give more instructions, it would be really great. Missing information of part details but 10th and 11th part is mentioned in the book.

Helps to grind grains, masalas, ayurvedic herbs from small quantity to large quantity tity from fine to coarse powder. All the mixers are good for dry and wet grinding. A slight improvement can be made by making the design of grain grinder sloppy near collection outlet so the atta will automatically collect in the jar. After grinding we have to spend sometime in shifting the atta towards collection outlet which is time consuming. After grinding you can clean each and every part which is most advantageous than any other chakki. This is good product for small family and for living healthy lifestyle as you can eat fresh and clean atta of all the grains, finely ground powders of masalas without any adulteration.

I was looking at this since long, have seen YouTube videos and reviews and then decided to buy it. I have used it for about a week and quite happy with the product. I must congratulate cookwell team for this innovation, it's small flour mill for a family. I prepared jowar atta and it come out fantastic. One hass to be little patient with it, preparing and cleaning on weekends is best so it can cater for all week. It gets heated if you use it for 15 mins or so but there is a auto stop feature. Once triggered let it rest and rest at bottom. A suggestion: they should put more air vents so as to use air cooling better. The company provided 3 months extended warranty as free and also confirmed they stock and ship it's spare parts of needed. I hope cookwell team can come up with a better version that can run for long without getting heated. Only an Indian company can understand Indian people needs. Best wishes to it.
