Harem Farm: Harem Farm, Book 1

Have patience
I wasn't entirely sure what to expect when I started reading this story and I was a little irritated by the character interactions that seemed to go into the territory of flirty than anything else. It was by that point that I started to wonder if it's going to be the kind of story where there's going to be a lot of flirting and sexual tension that'll culimate in one intimate scene between the characters.Yet, I was determined to finish this story in order to make a fair review of it.Then, I found, just like farming, a reader has to be patient in order to see any kind of fruits of it all. And by about halfway through the story, it didn't disappoint with how hot things could get.As far as the story is concerned, I would say to others, don't be too harsh on it. Much like action movies, let's not put too much weight on the story because the story is often a vehicle for the action to come. Just like here where the story is carrying the parts that I know many readers are coming for. In this case, a debt of saving a life and a farm to save, I'd call that more than reason enough to stick around just to see how that turns out.For me, I think this story has what one looks for if you're into the isekai trope, monster women, harem dynamics, and a lot of sex.Just have patience, fellow reader.

Eh, not bad.
So, The MC feels like the one in Fractured World. That's not... horrible in itself. But then there's... I dunno he acts so responsible, until all of a sudden he thinks with the battle bridge and drops the ball.Like kind of spoilers here so don't read on of your worried about that. Like... why would you let your guard down when you're at the goal line before you've scored? So definitely have to mark off on that, especially when it's telegraphed so blatantly. You can see it coming a mile away, it feels like "Oh that resolution was too quick so we need to make the protagonists dumb for plot." I call that nonsense out in movies when I see it, I have to call it out here I'm sorry.I don't mind the slow burn, I'll take plot over random smut so the author is still fine there. The smut is decent as well, not top tier but solid. The demi human stigma is a little stale for me after the Shalia series has had that its main crux for quite awhile now and I feel does it a little better, more impactful. But if you haven't read that maybe that wouldn't bother you then.Just... His other series I read took a bit because of things that rubbed me wrong, but ultimately the characters won me over. This one I'm having trouble feeling it. Some of that can be just attributed to taste so I'm not marking it more severely, still a solid writer in a genre with way more low hanging fruit. Not the best but maybe worth a KU slot to try.

Thoroughly enjoyable.
The book very quickly gets you interested in the main character, and the quite sexy scenes the author paints.Ended up buying it as soon as I read the preview. In

A fun isekai'd story.
This isekai story is interesting read. It has lovable characters with different personalities the world building is just getting started. I like the challenges the main character has and yet he's still pretty easy going but not a pushover. The beast girls are interesting and each has their own personalities funny quirks and there is also lots of humor. The story also has good fight scenes along with lots of adventure. There are spicy scenes that are not fade to black but they happen towards the end of the novel so there's lots of story before. I myself mostly prefer the story and it is easy to skip the parts if you don't want to read about their bed bedroom adventures which are not really needed for the story other than to reinforce the love and passion that they have for each other. So far the story is entertaining and hope to read more.

A pretty good harem work
This is a fairly solid fantasy work. While not the most outstanding of its genre it had a solid plot, sets up the world and future works well and is cleanly written and edited.

I couldn't put it down...fast enough.
I don't even know what to write here. Bland story, slow pacing, obvious characters. And let's not say "well, what do you expect?" because there are a dozen writers in the genre who are excellent at plot and character development.

Slow burn, but yeah- it is what the title says. And its good.
Read a lot of fantasy books, and most tend to have some sort of romantic plot in it, usually related to the main plot, but this one they are one and the same. Characters are pretty interesting and backstories are filling out with even more mysteries to keep you going. Takes a while to get to the smut but that makes it worth even more, or so I says. Protagonist's cheat system is a little on the nose and deus ex machina but fits well with the scope so far. Looking forward to more and the elusive secret members that need to join the harem.

A man and his beast harem
What guy wouldn't want to live on a farm surrounded by beast-women? Ya it's a hard life, but someone has to do it especially when they are all so beautifully sexy.Ok there is sex with the farm women- animals and multiples at times too, but they need to save the farm.Fun read!Read in 2 days

The author has greatly improved on his writing from his previous work. As this story feels to have a much better flow and pacing as whole. The characters feel more like themselves and tend to keep that personality even when they join the MCs harem.

Pretty fun.
Quite nice read-if sometimes bit repetitive. Story is ok,heroes fun. Biggest minus of this book is sex scenes-for some it will be plus of course, but imo it just cheapens the story.

Sexy Beastkin
Our mc wakes up in a forest and in danger from kobolts. Not a bad story a little annoying at time but readable. Mc finnaly make love to one of the farm animals at the half way point in the book.

A fun story with good action
I enjoyed the plot, characters and the world that it is set in. I think the author should fix all the pronoun errors. There are too many spelling and grammatical errors which are simple to find and fix. I hope that there is a second book.
