What a phenomenal company! I received the spray and the sprayer didn't work at all no matter what I tried. So I messaged the company and they promptly sent me not one but TWO free bottles of the spray. That's what I call customer service! Other companies have so much to learn! Can't speak on the product effectiveness long-term yet, but so far so good! My daughter and I suffer from a dry throat and this instantly brought relief! Also the ingredients are incredible, all natural and you see, feel and smell it in the product. Just perfection!

This is an excellent product, taken it for a couple years. I feel it does help keep me from getting sick. I used it every night before bed, especially during the winter! However, the pump sprayer is terrible - 85% of the bottles I have received clog up and won't work after the first use, no matter what I try. I end up drinking a little out of the bottle, which is rediculous and frustrating! I took a star off because of this. TriGuard needs to get their act together with their spray bottles - this issue has been going on for over a year! Its too good of a product to have this issue and I see other reviewers with similiar feedback.

I finally visited my dentist and discovered that I have a saliva problem. Old age brings bad things. Tongue, soft Palate and gums on one side are very irritated. Dentist gave me samples of gel and mouthwash to help the pain. Everything he gave me burned my mouth terribly and did not help but hurt much more. Then I found this elderberry spray. As someone else commented in a review, it works immediately and has a rather pleasant taste. Pain is relieved for a time, and then it’s time to spray again. Another reviewer mentioned that the spray bottle stopped spraying. I was able to fix the problem quickly by cleaning a sewing needle with alcohol, and then drying it off, and then sticking the tip in the hole of the spray bottle. This solution worked immediately and it is well worth going through a tiny bit of trouble to get such a great product. I have ordered 5 more bottles. Just in case.

Product is great. I got to use it for a little bit until the sprayer quit working. It's a cheap sprayer itself. Tried sterilizing it but it only works for a spray then goes back to not spraying. Then it starts leaking wasting product, even though the lid is tight. It's got me pretty frustrated considering I'm trying to use it and the sprayer is faulty.

I like this product, first time using & it works for me. Will buy again when needed.

I read other people’s reviews where they said that the sprayer didn’t work correctly. So I figured that the company also read the reviews and would correct the problem. However, they did not. My sprayer spray tooth sprays, and that was it. Would that work after that? I follow the instructions that another reviewer wrote and sterilize the needle and tried to increase the size of the hole to make it spray, but that solution did not work. I have no idea of the quality of the product because it doesn’t spray so it’s totally useless don’t buy it.

I really believe this throat spray and the nasal spray of the same brand have helped to prevent sickness for my husband and myself… We use them three times a day
