Ok, just received this today. Biggest driver for 3 of 5 star rating is that the instructions make no sense. They read as though someone partially interpreted them to English. If you are going to sell to folks in the US, please completely interpret & print the instructions. Here is why: the nose attachment works well. The eyebrow attachment also works okay. There is no shaver. And quite frankly, I have no idea what the rotating double loop head is for. The instruction "gently moving in the form of looped" means nothing in English. "If the voice sounds small, please check and replace the battery". This thing does not talk. I am very disappointed with the usage instructions. I only know how to use 2 of the 5 heads without googling the rest. I bought this for the nose hair trimmer and that's why I gave it 3 of 5 stars. Do yourself a favor if you're in my shoes & just buy a nose hair trimmer. The extra cost isn't worth it on this one. I've attached a pic of the super unuseful instruction document for the rest of the attachment heads in case there are doubters.

Everything works and having the different head options for one base is great. Everything works. However, the instructions that come with the kit are so tiny they can barely be read, and they are written by someone whose first language in not American English. Figuring out how each head works is an adventure.

I received this product and it was already used. There was hair and gel in the bikini trimmer. Since this is a personal hygiene item, I would expect the company not to resell a returned item. It also got very hot after a few seconds of running.

I bought this to trim the lady area. Hair is thin and blonde...not coarse or thick and this razor would not cut any hairs! I can't speak to other areas of the body, but for the reason I bought it, it was useless. Returned the same day.

Used for about a month and one of the attachments had the piece break of on the inside so it isn't usable. Batteries last a good amount of time.**update 1.17.18** Currently waiting for a replacement that was offered. Will update again once it is received

Out of the box this item did not work at all.It did come with a battery. Tried it once and did not have enough power to do anything.So I bought another battery. Same thing.It's garbage.

Two of us are doing input for this review, myself and my gorgeous girlfriend.She says:"I like the color and I like the shaving and trimming attachment but I get my eyebrows done at the salon and there is nothing in my nose or ears that I need trimmed. It does a pretty good job for something I can travel with. I wish it came with a carry bag."I say:"For a single AA battery powered setup it is nice. My girlfriend likes to go after me with the eyebrow and ear/nose attachments and gets a lot of laughs out of using it on me. She's just that way. It doesn't have quite the power/speed/runtime as a unit that is rechargeable but is as good as any you would find using single cell AA power and the price is in line with a battery powered unit. A Panasonic AA cell is included and the heads are easy to switch out fast."

Needed some help besides tweezing. This works well and it lightweight. I am very pleased with the way it worked and how it holds a charge. Thanks
