The only reason for 4 stars is that the mug is actually 11oz and not 14oz - which was kinda the point of purchasing it in our case. Still, we decided to keep it because as the title says these mugs are just gorgeous and of the highest quality. Also, it was on sale when we bought it so it still was kinda a bargain despite the volume discrepancy. We have like 7 or 8 of them that we use on a daily basis with great pleasure - and we are still watching for expanding their population on our shelf. :)

This 14 oz mug is the best! I bought the owl mug for my grandma and am excited to give it to her because it is so cute! Microwave and dishwater safe too! The details on the handle, both sides of the mug and inside are adorable! I’m debating on buying the other duck version for myself!
