Like the very good effect on my digestive system, no more bloating or noisy digestion. Blends well with yoghurt. Tastes like grass with mint but if you add blueberries and chocolate protein powder it is acceptable.

I’m 50, female, and have done all the natural things you can think of to get through this “stage” in life. I’m normally a bit cranky and pretty much hate everything. Meno brain is real. I bought this just to bump up my nutrition. I didn’t have any expectations. After 3 days, I’m blown away. Tastes great! I’m sleeping better. Like—- really good! My energy level is stable throughout the day. My focus is on point. I swear my hair isn’t even as gray and I don’t understand how that’s possible or if it just made my eyes more clear. Am not sure why everyone is crying about the taste . Like this taste like nothing with a hint of mint . Like the taste is so settle it’s not pungent. Like I don’t know if am seeing any health benefit since it’s been two day\s, but please stop with the taste hating. I almost didn’t but it because of thatb

I've been using Sunwarrior greens and protein for many years. I am a professional athlete and could not train or recover or be a strong without Sunwarrior. I eat well, but still use Sunwarrior very single day because I get the protein and nutrients I need for training. Great flavor. Best quality. I am a customer for life. Even if you are not an athlete, you should have a protein (separate product) and greens smoothie every day with Sunwarrior. Truly the best product. And essential for optimal health.

The only thing that initially gave me pause was the very strong smell & taste, though I wasn't able to identify the exact ingredients at issue. I had become acclimated to the slow but steady decline in the quality & taste of an old favorite over time--to the point where I began to look for a replacement--and Sunwarrior's reviews, ingredient list & price made it worth giving it a try. Here's the thing: my body responded instantly to the infusion of these nutrients from the very first smoothie, so I'm determined to test the accuracy of the old saying that one can acquire a taste for anything after 16 separate exposures to it.......I am at 3 exposures now. While I can't yet say that I love the taste, it is not at all disagreeable, and since my body/mind already looks forward to its daily dose, I am quickly becoming as devoted a fan of the green superfoods as I am of the Vanilla Warrior Blend Protein mix, which is--bar none--the best tasting healthy thing I've had the pleasure of putting in my mouth! These products do contain small amounts of stevia. I am sensitive enough to normally avoid things it is in, but they have managed to get the recipe nearly perfect....I can still tell it is there, but it does not bother me the way I'm used to it doing.
