Pure and simple but not very dissolvable so I put it in my blender and made the powder much finer. No problems.

Calcium Is Important !
I was having cramps and weakness due to calcium depletion. Using other calcium citrate supplements didn't work, but this did! Well worth the find.

Good product
I like that there’s no taste. It is a little chalky. I like the minimal packaging (lower carbon footprint when shipping). I wish the packaging would list the dosage for a variety of calcium needs. Seems like those taking calcium supplements do so because they need 1000-12000 mg. If I did the math right you need a little over 1 2/3 tsp for 1200mg.

Normally I am a big fan of Pure products, but this one I am not very happy with, for a few reasons. I hate how large most calcium pill supplements are, or a serving is like 6 pills, so I wanted to try powder. I blend it into my coffee (along with collagen, so I do this anyway, etc.) using a frother, but it really does not dissolve. Regardless of how long I blend it, or how often I re-stir my coffee, as I drink it, when I finish my coffee, nearly all of it is still at the bottom of my cup. The other thing I dislike is I feel like the label is a bit misleading. In researching how much I need, I read, for me, I should consume about 1200mg/day. The typical adult needs about 1000/day. I am trying to heal a fractured foot, so it feels quite crucial at the moment. I figured I needed to take about 2.5 times of what Pure claims to be a serving. I would think, with pure calcium, and no fillers, it would not require a giant amount. Why they list a serving is only about 20% of what is needed, is beyond me. So the claim that this package is almost 200 servings, seems ridiculous. It's more like 40-50, if you want something closer to the RDA. It just seems a bit misleading. All the other Pure products I have, I like a lot more.
