PIT BOSS PB3BGD2 Gas Griddle, 3 Burner, Black

This is so easy to use and clean. I look forward to using it every time. Everyone who sees it in action wants one.

Griddle arrived in damaged wet box. Looked okay until I opened up. Pre assembled legs on griddle loose and missing one bolt. Bad assembly from factory. Packing was not usable at this point for return so I just went ahead and straightened out everything I could. Bent leg brackets for the stand and the bottom shelf (bent during shipping) in the end for $550 the griddle cooks good but looks like xxxx. In the end I was whammied by shipping and manufacturing on pit boss end. Hopefully someone steps up and makes things right.

Well designed and well made. Coated griddle works amazingly well. Heat distribution from three burners makes cooking relatively easy.

My husband actually has been using it so much more than a regular BBQ since getting it last year. Only issue he’s having is it’s not as non-stick as when new but he’s getting around it using some oil. Delivery was fine.

The griddle came with some dents, the tank retainer broke on its first use, and the legs initially stand on when u separate it from the base are cheap plastic, the wheels on the base are bent inward, annd the got bent and damaged my griddle the first time I separated it and tried to take it somewhere. I tried called pittboss on the tank retainer about a year ago on the and I'm still waiting on a retainer. I would not have bought this griddle if I knew I would be having these problems it's not worth it.

All in all, it's a good cooktop, but It was delivered bent and the box was all beat up with holes. Shipping This product is not the way to go from Amazon anyway. luckily I was able to put it together by bending it back into shape.

We loved this product but it came to us damaged. The Amazon box was so damaged and it caused dents and marks on our grill. We were in need of a grill for a cookout so we didn’t have the option to send it back.
