So I know you will always run into some issues with parts and problems but the thing that I really liked about this was over all it had enough stuff for 4 different setups if needs be. So I attempt to setup my 3 tanks with this air tubing and check valves and come to find out 3 of the 4 check valves are bad. In all my 25 years of purchasing check valves I've never bought a bad one. I've had them crack and break over time and things like that after being used for several years, but never bought one that was defective out of the box. 3 bad check valves! They wouldn't even allow any air pass through them at all. It's like someone got glue or something right in the middle where the air should pass through. I even tried to blow 50psi of compressed air through them and I got one to allow a tiny amount of air to hiss through. Before anyone thinks well you need to turn them the right way. Yes there is only one way the air will pass through and they are even marked but these are sealed shut. I purchased this because of the awesome reviews but never thought I would get a bunch of defective parts in my setup. The air tubing was great along with the flow control valves which are really handy. Even the air stones came in handy for modifying some sponge filters. Just thought this would save me a few bucks but I had to go run to the local pets store to get some check valves after this failure.

The whole point of ordering was to change clear tubes to black and be able to suction cup the tubes. Will have to now go buy decent suction cups because these hang on to the glass for about 20 seconds and then float. Tried multiple times adjusting this and that. They are just suction cups but cmon that’s half the reason I ordered this kit

Way better quality than I expected. Had to stick a piece of wire into the check valve to open it for initial use is the only issue I had, easy fix and everything else is good quality so no complaints.

Very flexible and lite. I was able to make a chorale for my plants easily. Haven't replaced my air lines yet but I tested all the regulators and stones and they work.
