Taurine 1000 mg 120 Capsules

No problems whatsoever after a year of using. Big difference in my heart stamina.

I've tried other taurine producers, and of them all, this is the brand that seems to be the most consistent as well as not having any odd odors (one of the other company's taurine offering had a very...unique...smell--not this brand though, which I definitely appreciate. Would recommend.

I was encouraged to use this by a doctor I saw. She said as I age, this should be a part of my vitamin regimen. I noticed that anxiety went way down, after using this for about a month. It has helped me lower my anxiety medication. That's an awesome reward for taking this product. I highly recommend this if you're over 50 years of age. Wonderful results with this product.

I eat very little animal proteins: a Taurine supplement seemed worth a try. I do weight machines almost every day: this product gave me more strength and stamina right away. Very good sleep improvement too. So, to me, it's an excellent product
