Does this really work on cats? I've tried "scat mats" in my garden, and a cat still poops in my yard -- right on top of the mat! Thanks!

Not working in my yard for cats, we have 4 stray cats that come over and lounge around our house and I see where someone recommends getting two but the cats lay right next it, I’m glad I could over them some extra light and noise to make their stay more comfortable

If you install it close to street, yes. But you should put it far from street according to the coverage user manual.
