A couple of friends have been talking about these vitamins. I had never heard of them until recently. I decided to try them just to see what the benefits will be. No negative side effects so far. They smell fine and no taste. I swallow the tablet down with water. I don’t chew the tablet. They are easy to break in half, so they would be easy to chew if necessary. Also easy to break in half if given to a child. I feel fine taking them. Increased libido. That would be a plus if I wasn’t celibate. LOL

The pill version of this vitamin is not a suitable for Vegans, however the liquid vitamin does not have gelatin. I have felt nauseous but I can’t fully contribute that to taking this (pill version), but I’m not sure if it’s because of the gelatin or if it just upsets my stomach like meat tends to. My energy is so much better than it was (it was so bad I couldn’t get out of bed). My hair is healthier and thicker since adding this vitamin. I read where iron deficiency affects hair growth & when iron levels are depleted it causes your hair to be brittle amongst other factors. I cut bangs, and a month later they were grown out about 2 inches. I cut my hair in a bob and 2-3 days later it had to be cleaned up because it grew out of a clean blunt cut. I have to add that I have been taking hair vitamins for about a year, and that does ok, however my hair seemed to thicken up and now looks much healthier and heavier since the addition of this multivitamin. I plan on switching to the liquid version which I’m sure is gross but as far as the pill version, the taste, tastes like vitamins (no aftertaste) and the smell, well it smells like vitamins lol. I haven’t tested the baby in every bottle part, but seek out other reviews for testimonials lol. Overall I recommend.
