The clippers work well but the nail catcher doesn't hold much and is not extremely easy to empty. Very well manufactured.The file is a trip. It looks like tiny dots of mirror coating. Some kind of high tech that gives each flat dot a very fine edge.It takes tiny, precise cuts from your nail, but there are many dots. It feels like a mill or a lathe taking precise cuts of your nail, rather than a grinder, like most nail files.Nail filings fall right off the file because the file is almost smooth. You never have to clean it. It's weird.It's made out of glass and it's convex, so you can look at your nail through the back while you file, and it magnifies the view. That's weirdly practical.The cuts leave the filed party of your nail shiny and smooth, instead of scratched white like the grinder type of nail files.I almost feel like I couldn't over-file my nails because the polish is almost smooth and it takes tiny, precise cuts, but I have to be careful and thoughtful because I want to keep observing how cool it works.I think it works well for babies and I brought this second one for my granddaughter who is one.

They can' cut a simple fingernail....very poor quality

Good little clippers, except the handle for the main jaw CONSTANTLY pops open when I use the hang nail clipper.The hang nail clipper handle clips in nice and tight and never pops out.if both handles stayed secure, these would be basically perfect.After trying several different things, I made a little shim out of a zip tie and superglued it under the handle. It stays a lot better now.

Love these clippers, 💖😍 they are fantastic, best clippers I've ever had/purchased. And I've bought a LOT of clippers in my days!!!!

Why I say ok but not the best; I ordered this and another similar to this one. Other cuts 10 times better and is handy cool looking. This item is cool looking but fails to clip dead skin or thin fingernails. I would trade this one for the other style I bought in a heartbeat. This one just looks nice. I am not happy with this clipper set.
