***{UPDATE}*** (This [the pictures] is how the pillowcases look after MONTHS of heavy use, daily, on my sofa + bed + gaming chair (on my lap for my elbows & hands to rest on while I play) - I specifically use both of these extra-thick pillows, with these fantastic pillowcases on, for all 3 of these particular furnishings and transfer them between each one whenever I relocate to whichever spot). The pillowcases are genuinely really, really nice & VERY comfortable - they feel great when my (sensitive) skin touches or rests upon it's surface material (even for many hours at a time!). I find it hard to find such a perfect pillowcase that DOESN'T 'bubble' (a.k.a bobbles, fuzzballs, pilling, etc..) across the surface, shortly after use! It has an amazing ability to remain super smooth + refrain from causing those nasty little, rough 'bobbles' that always usually appear on the surfaces of cheap (and some expensive) pillowcases + a lot of other materials, furniture & clothings... I seriously hope that they stay like this (soft, smooth & bobble-free) for as long as possible - but if they do suddenly start donning those irritating 'bobbles'... I would, honestly, purchase these pillowcases again because they really are that good! Great Product! Exceptional Quality (+ highly affordable). *** (Original Review) - I was sceptical of the size at first, because of the exceptionally thick queen sized pillows I had purchased; I did not think that they would be big enough to comfortably fit the massive pillows in and even when I initially went to put in the first pillow, it still felt like it would compress the pillow too much and would render the pillow's bounce useless and cause it to become too dense... but as I got the whole pillow in, I was really pleased to find that these pillow cases are the EXACT, perfect size for my super thick queen size pillows! They do NOT feel like those really cheap materials that make up the really terrible ones (that kind of feel hydrophobic + uncomfortable to touch; like a mixture between plastic, card & tinfoil), they feel absolutely PERFECT, they really do! Suer soft, pleasant to touch, really smooth, feels luscious & dreamy - exactly what you want from a pillowcase! They have an almost velvety-felt-like after-touch feel to them, if you know what I mean... Beautifully smooth, soft texture with absolutely no inconsistencies! And they are super cheap! Kind of unbelievable at first, especially considering that some of the nasty ones are much more expensive than these! But, these are probably among the best pillowcases that I have ever owned! Seriously easy to install on a pillow, easy to remove, easy to wash + dry and they feel incredible! Everything you could want for a perfect nights sleep! I personally use them for my sofa as I sometimes fall asleep there and have decided to replace my sofa cushions with queen-size pillows, that have these pillowcases on them and they are honestly 10x times better than the original sofa cushions!! I can not recommend these pillowcases enough! They are the best!

Nice and soft but not too fluffy

Not the most incredible pillow cases I've ever bought but many reasons to recommend. The best being that they don't need ironing! Colours are so rich and beautiful, fabric is supersoft and comforting. Used regularly without balling. A great buy and have bought several more sets and colours since

I’m really pleased with these pillowcases. The ochre colour is vibrant and true to the pictures. The fabric is 100% brushed microfibre, making them feel incredibly soft, cosy, and comfortable — perfect for a good night’s sleep. They are well made, with neat stitching and no loose threads. The envelope closure design is also a nice touch, making them easy to put on and remove. They are breathable and cosy without feeling too heavy, which is great for year-round use. My only minor point is the care instructions: the product page advises washing at 30 degrees and no tumble drying, but the packaging says 40 degrees and low tumble. It’s a small inconsistency but worth noting when washing them. Overall, for just £5.09, at time of purchase, these are excellent value and I would definitely recommend them!

The quality of the material isn't bad for the price. Out of the 4 pillow cases I received, one was a different grey to the others. Normally I would have returned them but my son, who I had bought them for, said he wasn't bothered. The size is good and they slipped on the pillows fairly easily. Not sure how they'll wash, but I have sheets to match and they have been ok when I've washed them and haven't needed ironing.
