BEST ORGANIC CHIVES ON MARKRT
So when I purchased Watkins chives from Amazon I was actually shocked. These were so green and fresh looking; there was no comparison whatsoever to the brand I normally buy frontier co-op, which I will no longer be purchasing in the future. I will definitely be hooked on the Watkins brand from now on. Green fresh dry herbs with a nice flavor.

Glass bottles can crack and break when not packaged properly
Love the chives, but the glass bottles hit each other in transit, so arrive cracked( too bad they aren’t wrapped individually to avoid this)

Check for EXPIRATION DATE
I received a jar of these chives in the mail today. The chives don’t look as vibrant as some of the other reviews but I’m more concerned that the expiration date looks like it was rubbed off so I have no idea how long they will last or how fresh they actually area. I’m going to return for a new one. Hopefully the next one has an expiration date. Doesn’t seem like anyone else checks for those on here. Hopefully someone doesn’t get my returned one!!

Nice flavor
We are real into cooking at home and these chives go with a lot of different dishes. We typically use it on chicken or baked potatoes and it adds a nice touch. The subscription option adds a little savings considering we use it often.
