Roberts Rules have been the backstay of many meetings, those who have absorbed it are likely to be more able to be effective i meetings.Down loaded to Kindle it becomes a simple reference book on meeting procedure. I would recommend this book for any one who spends time lots of meetings that seem to ramble on for ever as it gives ideas on how to bring people back to the main point.
