Very good product for the price. Had never used a night guard before. The instructions were easy, i just heated up a cup of water for two and half minutes in microwave then placed guard in. I removed with spoon and placed on upper teeth in mouth. Bit down to mold for a minute then took out and let it solidify in cold cup of water. It molded well to my bite and I am able to sleep better without grinding my teeth. I had some molars removed and it fixed my tmj from the results of loosing teeth. I have fewer headaches now.

I bought this for a problem with grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw at night. I have only used it one night but already I feel better. No pain in my jaw and no headache this morning! It was simple and easy to fit the guard to my mouth using the instructions including and I love that it came with a case for the guard for when I am not wearing it. The guard was comfortable; so much so that I forgot I was wearing it when I woke this morning and only realized when I went to drink my coffee.

This really fit the bill. I have a small mouth and this one is perfect.

I'm using this for reversing wrinkles around my mouth. I saw an episode of Shark Tank where they said orthodontists noticed that older people who get braces have the wrinkles around their mouth disappear. So, they were selling something for $60 to wear 30 minutes a day. I'm using this instead. I just started, so I haven't seen a change yet.

Had to try a few temp on the water at first,to make playable, but works well.

Was able to heat and fit correctly but the surface became rough and scrachy when I took it out of the water.
