So far, I find this a brilliant coffee warmer. Given a flat-bottomed mug with a lid, It keeps what's left of your coffee neither too hot nor too cold. It is economic of space, easy to clean and to work, and altogether satisfactory. Thank you for producing it.

Love this product it keeps my coffee warm as I go about tidying up etc. It works best with flatter bottomed mugs but works ok with others too. Needs to be regularly cleaned as any overspill makes the mug stick to the device!! But very easy to use. I'm very happy with this product and would recommend. Be careful leaving this product plugged in if you have pets as my cat stood on it whilst it was off and turned it on. Good job I was there as I was able to quickly turn it off. Needs to be unplugged completely when not in use to avoid any burnt fingers... or paws!!

Great for keeping drinks hot straight from kettle. Not great for warming up once that just boiled heat is lost even by a little. Hence 4 stars and not 5. Would buy again though and recommend.

No complaints, looks sleek and does the job

Nice design - simple and easy to use. BUT, as someone else pointed out, unless you have a flat-bottomed mug this does not work very well. And most mugs do not have flat-bottoms - I don't have a single one so the coffee/tea does not stay very warm and nowhere near hot. I am now ordering a special mug to see if that works better - it should, as the base itself does get hot - but so far it is a bit disappointing. UPDATE: I have now got my flat-bottomed mug and it works brilliantly. So well that I have now bought another warmer plus another mug. The combo does exactly what I wanted and I am v pleased with the warmer - discrete and effective.

Heated up almost instantly, nice long cord, nice flat design, seems durable enough. The bright red light shows that it’s on so it’s safe to use. Timer kept it on for my full online gaming session. However, here is where it fell down. I use a 1/2 pint ceramic mug. It was advertised as being suitable for ceramic mugs. With the device on top heat setting (red), the first half of the liquid in my mug from the base upwards was kept lukewarm. The top half was nearly cold. So after one hour of making my coffee, I had a lukewarm coffee, which is not what I wanted a coffee warmer for. At its advertised temperature, my coffee ought to have remained hot. If I stirred the bottom hotter section into the cold top section, then I ended up with a barely warm drink. The advertisement states it’s 20W. Now as you can see from my pictures, on the base it’s actually 18W. From my experience with gadgets and electronics, if it’s Watt power is too low, it’s not going to be able to give the output for keeping my drink hot, which is what it’s supposed to do. 2 Watts can make all the difference. So either I go to the expense of finding a flat bottom metal mug, and convert my cupboard of mugs to use with this to metal, or find another. I found another and returned this product. Therefore I would suggest steering clear of this not very hot mug warmer, and finding one elsewhere on Amazon.

It does mention this in the details, but make sure you use a flat bottomed mug if you can find one for better contact. Update: I'm returning mine. Cannot find a flat bottomed mug to use on it. All seem to be concave which prevents heat transferring to the liquid.

Not great, it keeps drink at best lukewarm

It works well and has been well used and deserves 5 stars. Alas, it stopped working within a year. It is cheap enough but it should last longer than a year.

Je l' ai reçu il y a quelques heures, et ça fonctionne! Mon café est rechauffé au bout de quelques minutes. Les deux boutons de chaleur marchent bien. Pour vu que ça dure. Je m' engage à verifier que ça marche à la durée et de completer mon commentaire d' ici un mois. Pour le moment très satisfaite. (Un petit bemol: la plaque reste chaude 1-2 minutes après l' avoir éteinte. Pas grand' chose, on ne risque pas vraiement de se bruler mais j' aurais preféré une plaque induction) CORRECTION: ON RISQUE DE SE BRULER, LE CENTRE DE LA PLAQUE EST TRES CHAUD. Le cable est sufisament long (1 mètre à peu près). L' aspect minimal "chic". Très commode. Tout ça à un prix très raisonable. 12/02/2023 le mois a passé ça chauffe encore mais j' ai l' impression que sa "force" diminue. A voir.

Update: I have now had this excellent warmer for quite some time. Other warmers didn't last very long. I said that it takes a while to warm up, but that's with a fair bit of cold milk. Now with a steamer there is no problem. In fact on its low setting (blue light) it keeps the coffee plenty warm. I'm still using the metal flat bottom cup. The problem, I think, with other warmers is that they burn out, that the element gets too hot. I went through a few of those in short order. So really, to have a warmer (and not a heater) is really a smart idea from the company. I haven't tried a flat bottom ceramic cup yet so I can't speak to that. Before I was I am changing my review to 5 stars. I've had it for a few days and it's excellent. The stumbling block turned out not to be real. When. gifting you can either supply a metal cup (flat bottom) or tell the person it needs one. The coffee warmed up fairly quickly and when the cup was half full I turned it down from the red setting (hot) to the blue setting (warm). All good at least it worked well for me.

Tolles Produkt! Hat eine super einfache Handhabung und hält jedes Getränk schön warm! Perfekt für den Winter oder im Büro wenn man mal die Tasse Kaffee nicht rechtzeitig leer bekommt :) Sehr empfehlenswert auch durch eine Sicherheitsabschaltung nach einiger zeit, somit kann auch nichts passieren sollte man das gerät vergessen.
