The shoe rack was well packaged and arrived on time. Very easy to put together (tool & clear instructions provided). The shoe rack itself is good quality, well made and looks stylish as well as being very practical with the bench seat (much needed now as we are getting older and struggling to bend down). When ordering I was slightly concerned whether the seat would be sturdy enough, but needless to say it is very sturdy and feels nice to sit on. I am delighted with my purchase and highly recommend it.
