Casio Wired White Calculator works well. This calculator has larger buttons than standard machines, LED screen is clear with good quality display, speed of calculations and printing speed is good, and output is easy to read. Casio Calculator is wired unit but does have a compartment for battery which I haven't used. Overall I am pleased with this calculator because it is sturdy, good speed, has quality display, printing is fast and worth value for money.

Perfect, light weight and simple to use for little mathematical tasks around the house!

I was tired of using my cell phone calculator without a tape. I can now review the tape to see where my error is rather than having to start all over re-entering. Haven’t used it long, but from previous experience with desk top calculators, it’s well made and will last a long time. I recommend.

This printing calculator was purchased to get better screen readability. The blue on black is easier to read than the traditional black on gray which lacks contrast. That said, there is still room for perfection--my reason for the 4 star rating. It is used for basic home functions--balancing checkbook, taxes, etc. It has many functions that I may never need. The tape print out is very legible. The keys are a good size, black on off-white and easy to see, That said, the instructions to learn the many functions are written in tiny print. As an advocate for people with declining vision, I contacted Casio and customer service responded personally to my concerns with a PDF of the instructions--that was impressive. At this price point, it seemed like a option.

I like the size of the calculator; not too big, not too small. The number keys are easy to use as a light touch does it. The size of the LED display is terrific; it's large and easy to read. Most of the time I don't use the print function, but there are times when I'm running a long addition (like at tax time) and I want a printed tape. This allows me to find errors quickly. I'm happy with function and performance, and would recommend it to others.

The LCD display is a great feature! I choose this model specifically for the display. I also like the larger keys. They are easy to see and use. The tape prints subtraction in red which makes it easy to spot. There are many features for those who want more than just basic calculations. I highly recommend.

I've been a practicing CPA for longer than I'd like to say, and have used lots of calculators. I bought a calculator a little over a year ago from another well-known brand, and was surprised that after only a year and 3 months, the fluorescent display was starting to fade.I decided to take another look at what else was available. I wanted a calculator that was large enough, but not too large like some of the behemoths that are available. I almost never use the paper tape, but once in a blue moon that feature comes in handy. I didn't care about how fast it printed because I almost never print anything. And I wanted a machine with a good display that would last.So I looked at this Casio, and it's a great little machine. For one thing, instead of the old fluorescent display it has an LCD display. Nice, large numbers. Next, it has a built-in sleep mode that happens after approximately 30 minutes, thereby saving the display even further. It's easy to wake up the calculator - you just press the CA button on the left (which also says ON next to it) and that turns the display back on. I also like the layout of the calculator and the nice spacing between the keys.If you want to get a printing calculator that a long-time practicing CPA would appreciate, then get this one.
