I love knowing that these Energy and Recovery Bits are organic and free of toxins, even as I use them to bind mold mycotoxins in my body. They’re both energizing and detoxifying, and I’ve not had any GI upset from eating them, which was a problem for me with formulations from other companies. I also like that I can just swallow a handful with water and not need to consume them blended into a smoothie, because to be honest, I don’t care for the taste of the algae. Great product and I highly recommend!

These are great! I take 4 first thing in the morning before my walk, and it not only keeps me from getting too hungry, they also help me feel more calm and focused throughout the day. My only complaint is the serving size is 30, and I’m feeling better with only few and there’s no way to know the protein amount for a smaller serving size.

I’m sold! I tried the small sample packets of the Energy and Recovery bits to try the product out before committing to a larger size. I love that the company does this! I noticed improved sleep, energy and better performance in the gym. I researched for months before ultimately deciding what product to purchase. Safety was a huge concern for me. Ordered the sample packs of Energy and Recovery. Great quantities if you are not sure and want to try. I’m only on day 3 of energy and so far, so good. I definitely do not drag during the day. I lift weights 4 days a week, and looking forward to adding in the recovery after gym sessions. Starting at 3 per day of each.

Im a huge fan of spirulina and chlorella. Most of my previous purchases have been lower quality from other brands. But from what I gather this is top tier purity. Energy bits meets all my high standards and the product tastes great to me. I enjoy snacking on the spirulina and detoxing using the chlorella. Its exspensive but worth it because health is wealth.

So happy that I am getting these again. I subscribed to these and recently had issues receiving them. I got them yesterday and is very happy. These work great!
