So I got these for my wife who is 48 as of this review. She was having hot flashes, night sweats and hadn't had her period in 3 months. After about 2 weeks her night sweats and hot flashes were completely gone and she got her period again. Improved mood and maybe slight increase in arousal. Over all very happy! 1 and only complaint is the smell and taste. They smell kinda like moth balls and don't taste much better... Lol oh well the sacrifices you have to make. Definitely recommend if you have anything similar to what I described.

Made my symtpoms worse, went back to estroven. My family got a kick out of how the pills smelled identical to bad breath lol. Surprised by that to say the least. I was so sad because I had such high hopes honestly :-(. More upset their is no return policy and they don't honor provestras money back gaurentee 🤷‍♀️

I didn’t notice any difference and the pills Reek like Moth Balls 🤷‍♀️ Probably won’t buy them again sadly.
