1st bike came but packaging had clearly been opened before/damaged, so alarm bells started right away. True to expectations the bike was damaged/scratched in parts and just didn’t look right as if someone had had it before us. Got onto Amazon within a minute of opening it minutes after it was delivered who give them their due sorted a replacement to be sent out the next day and arranged for the damaged one to be picked up not at my expense nor me having to travel to the post office, can’t ask for more than that. Built the bike booklet will guide you , seems sturdy and well made for now, nice looking bike for a wee girl. Just check it when you receive it to make sure all is ok with it.

Very nice bike and the bow basket is a great touch. The stickers were good quality and the bike was easy to assemble.

It is not like the image and half of the parts are missing, it is very unstable and not worth the money. I have tried to find contact information but there is none available, I would like to get some money back as I do not agree with this service.

Easy to assemble. Solid, beautiful bike. My three year old loves it and it's a good size for her.

I was very disappointed with the quality, the bow on the front contained parts, which meant it broke getting them out, and had to be glued back together, the stickers were poorly applied with big ripples and if removed pulled paint off. I couldn't return it as my 3 year old granddaughter was expecting a pink bike for Christmas and would have been heartbroken.

brought this for my daughters 3rd bday. wheels came flat, no mud guards as it states in the booklet, stickers on wheel was wonky and brake cable popped off .Threw away packaging so can't sent back. Wouldn't recommend

The media could not be loaded. brakes weren’t letting the tyres move round. Eventually this was sorted but after a day the brakes at the handle bars stopped working
