Company has given defective items. I am trying to replace it from last two days. System connect to replacement, it shows replacement not available. After that once I apply for refund Amazon software shows error. This firts exeperince of Amazon customer care services. Amazon app has deactivated the facility to call and speak with customer care.

Good support. I had a hematoma after surgery. This device got me through the worst stretch and is helping me recover much easier. Walking without it is almost unbearable. But with it I’m able to get around pretty well.

This suspensory scrotal support is a so so at best. I needed support in the area due the weight of the business hanging down causing pain and discomfort when walking or sitting down (yeah, I sometimes sit on them by mistake and it sucks.) I’m a 5’9” male weighting in at 190lbs, and quite a large business down there, so I went with the XL size based on their sizing chart. However, even with the XL, I find it that it does not fully support the whole area and the back part cuts into my scrotum; I have been wearing it for an hour now and it is so uncomfortable on the back side that I just want to rip it off. Also, when I finally figured out the way to wear it, I found it that it does not provide any more support than a pair of traditional underwear, tighty-whities if you will. This is a deal breaker because since this thing does not work over the underwear, I have to wear it straight on my genitals and like underwear, I wouldn’t wear the same pair the next day, meaning I either buy 7 of these or just a bag of traditional underwear and the result will be the same. Lastly, based on the listing pictures, I though the support would be a harder material, not just straight soft cloth, so that results in the minimal support this provides. I will not be returning these for obvious reasons, but let’s just say I will not be purchasing any more of these.
