Impressive for the price!
I had my reservations about these. They're cheap for a pair. Usually the price these are sold at for a pair is only one side with other companies. I'm glad I tried them. They're not the top of the line materials but the pads are better than what I expected. They're light but the padding is firm without being too hard. They're good for all levels.I like holding them because they're light and again heavy shots. People like hitting them because they make loud popping sounds. It's a good buy for personal use or as a gift. They're good enough that I might try their focus mitts. Recommended!

Best Muay Thai pads
These are probably the best Muay Thai pads I’ve ever used. The quality is amazing and they look very clean. The use the nice Velcro strap on the back so it’s easy to put on and take off. they’re very durable and even after one month of use they still look brand new. I also like that you can match it with the elite shin pads, gloves and etc. the only slight con that is a person to person thing is that I like the pads to be just a tiny bit bigger but it goes both ways because these are easy to bring in your bag compared to bigger pads. Overall these are for sure some of the best (if not the best) pads you can buy.

Weak D-Rings and Straps
I used these 3 times before the metal D-Ring that holds the strap down bent. The pad itself is good quality, but the straps are thin and the D-rings are not strong enough to hold up to much of anything. The straps seem to be to thin and are not comfortable as they quickly began to bunch on the D-ring putting extra force on the open part of the ring. I had high hopes that these would be able to last me a few years. I use Thai pads twice a week for part of my workout. They ended up being useless in less than 2 weeks. Unfortunately I missed my window to return them due to a months long business trip.

Essential Gear, Great Price
This is an essential piece of equipment for anyone training kickboxing/muay thai. Not just for the person hitting the pads, but for the pad holder as well: timing, cadence, distance, hip movement, etc. At this price, there's no excuse why every practitioner shouldn't have one. At about the price of a single lesson, these pads will open up opportunities for your game to develop in big ways, and should give you months of training rather than a single hour. The pads seem to be sturdily built and have a nice weight to them. I expect them to give alot of service, whether as gym gear or for personal training. Seriously, with the economy of this item, you can't go wrong. Buy it and get training.

Great Pads Great Value!
Tried these out today with a heavy hitter in boxing.. these pads cushion the impact well that's important for me I'm a smaller Boxing and Muay Thai trainer/coach and not feeling and absorbing a fighters power is important it will reduce your energy for holding that's for sure.. I have more expensive pads and I feel everything the Elite Pads are light, with great quality and value!
