Vegan Complete Multivitamin

Many good ingredients in the multivitamin. Only drawback is you take 3 large tablets.

The facts: the serving size is 3 decently large pills per day (taken with food, which is very important for metabolism and absorption). If taken individually with sips of water between, they don't present very much difficulty to swallow. They also have a pretty strong scent to them and a little bit of that strange after taste that is common to detect in a majority of the bottled multivitamins available for public purchase. That being said, I IMMEDIATELY noticed a difference in my health. I have a tendency to have very low vitamin/mineral/electrolyte levels (partly due to my medications) and struggle a lot with fatigue, brain fog, and even just doing day-to-day tasks. Within the first 2 days of taking these, I noticed a considerable improvement to my energy levels and a better clarity in place of my typically heavy brain fog. These multivitamins are next level and I highly recommend them despite the less-than-desirable scent and aftertaste (which again, is fairly normal in vitamins across the board).

I’ve been taking them vitamins for 3 months. I’ve noticed a marked difference in my energy level. I feel better and I’m less tired than before I began consuming them. The taste is not nearly as bad as most other vitamins, they don’t smell bad (like some vitamins), and they’re smaller also. I don’t enjoy having to take 3 pills, but it’s not a deal breaker. The 1st bottle was glass and came in its own box. Now, it comes in a plastic bottle and no box. I don’t like that the container is plastic. They’re definitely worth trying and the cost is better than the vegan vitamins I’ve purchased in the past. I’m happy that the vitamins are vegan.

Good ingredients. I only take one or two a day, rather than three. Saves money, still covers nutritional gaps. Plus, it seems like a smaller person wouldn't need the same dose a someone taller and larger.

I got these because I definitely do not have the best diet, as I skimp on fruits and veggies more than I should and don't eat any seafood - but these have even more vitamins than needed to the point my pee is neon yellow because of how much is being excreted instead of absorbed. I have just purchased expensive pee... I was hoping the probiotics, plus a wider variety of minerals and supplements added like the spirulina, lecithin, inositol, magnesium, etc would help reduce how many pills I'd have to take to get those benefits, but I'd have to do a cost analysis at this point because so much of what's in this doesn't seem to be absorbed. Flavor isn't bad, the amount of fruits and veggies in this help. However having to take 3 of this monsters is difficult if you're not a champ at taking pills. I've tried taking all 3 at once and taking three individually, and it's terrible either way.
