Will it give high power jet stream, if not which brand will please?

It seems to have a very good jet stream when you turn the adjustable nozzle to get the jet. The nozzle is like a hose end sprayer that goes from a spray to jet as you turn it.

do you shut valve off that lets water from heater to water lines then use this product to rinse out water heater ?

Turn off water supply and propane, open water pressure relief valve then remove anode rod. Let tank drain completely then hook up spray wand to water hose and rinse the tank. When tank is clean insert anode rod ,close pressure valve and turn on main water supply again let tank fill then turn on gas or electric supply on.

will it go in on 3/4 inch gas water heater drain hole?

The OD of the flusher nozzle is 0.6", the nozzle can be unscrewed from the flush wand and the tip of the flush is 0.4" in diameter,so it will go into a 3/4 hole.

Can we make the nozzle so it's a high powered jet stream, if not which brand will?

I don’t know if you can change the nozzle to make it a jet stream. I use it to flush out my water heater. I take the nozzle off and it sprays to the side. This method works great to flush out the deposits in the tank.
