I really like the design of this faucet, feels solid, and has some weight to it. However, after hooking up the hoses, the water pressure was little or nil. I was so disappointed, but I held out hope by checking my pipes (sediments) and removing what I could. Second, I found YouTube videos on how to clean and fix this low water by disassembly. So, I disassembled the top and sure enough there was sediment obstructing the tiny mesh-filter at the top which I removed. However, putting the cartridge back into the faucet was not easy, because the fit is so tight and the gasket kept catching the thread when pushing it back in. Do this enough times and I'm sure the gasket will rip/break and it isn't something easily replaceable I presume. Now that it's working, I feel good about it. But other waterfall faucets may be more easier to disassemble and put back together after cleaning for better water pressure.Do yourself a favor, hook up the 3/8 hoses and flush out your pipes for 5 seconds prior to hooking up to this faucet. This will likely prevent or minimize any future cleaning or disassembly.

I absolutely love the look of this faucet and was so excited to use it. Once it was installed, the plumber lifted the handle and there was barely any water that came out. I had it professionally installed, so I know that was not the issue. Simply didn't work.

I was skeptical buying such a nice looking faucet for the price but it came perfect ! It is exactly as pictured. I have had it for a couple months with zero issues. The hair trap is great pull right out. The only con I could possibly think of is that it does drain a bit slower than the previous drain I had but you can pull the pop up out and it drains right away. A piece of advice measure your sink and how close the faucet holes are to the bowl of your sink. Ours are really close and the bowl of the sink is small so it does splash water out of the sink. Our fault entirely so be aware.
