We like this little pan so well we got three more of these. Fits 8” Swiss-Diamond lid with steam release (sold separately from Amazon too). Cooks great on medium heat (gas) without oil. Hand washes easy. No issues. Made in Italy.

Zwilling Madura Non-Stick Pan, Never gets put away. Our everyday pan now! Perfect size, weight, handling, & performance. Everyone is different so it’s a personal choice; we like the pan feel & response. Cooks anything, even eggs without sticking. Heats quickly. We don’t usually use non-stick pans as they contain toxic chemicals. However, this Madura pan is not made of the typical PFOA toxic chemical compound with potential health hazards to non-stick. Instead are made of, “Duraslide Granite”, No PFOA, resulting in a safer pan. We decided to tryout for some recipes that require non-stick, and find ourselves using it more frequently. We do not cook on high heat, or leave pans empty, or dry, to preserve the longevity. Noticed other review pictures that may have been a result from misused to the pan, or different model, but the #66290-286-0 Madura we received has a different design, no peeling or damage. I have bought and then donated or had to throw away so many skillets over the years.But this one is going to go the distance.I've been using it for 2 months now and it's a great product.It is a nice weight -- not too heavy, but hefty.The finish is great.It is incredibly easy to clean -- no raised fasteners or decorative hardware for food to get caught in.Expensive, but worth it.

Fry Pan Was shipped in paper bag with very little padding. Was expecting a box. Luckily it arrived undamaged.

This is a good pan; it is useful for reheating and cooking the things that i put in it when used in conjunction with a stove or fire. Please note that it WILL NOT cook things in the absence of a stove or fire. Also has an excellent grip and nice weight in case things go South.

I highly recommend this pan for all home cooks. I have tried many different and expensive pans that didn't hold up to egg. I have cooked scrambled, over easy eggs and omelets and am very happy with this pans performance. Non stick, nice weight and easy clean up.

I purchased this pan a little over a month ago and it is already losing the coating. I'm surprised at this because the last one we bought lasted well over a year but this one seems to be not as well made so I'm going to return it and look at other options. I don't understand why it's so difficult to find a good nonstick pan.
