I’ve been using Fit Gel for years now. I started using Sweet Sweat at the beginning of my fitness journey and it works well but it’s way too pricey for me. So I did some research and found Fit Gel and I’ve never looked back.This is my first time trying this scent. It doesn’t smell bad, just like the regular fit get with a hint of berry. Give a great sweat. I usually workout from 1.5 - 2.5 hours and it enhances my workout and helps me sweat away some of that water weight. Even on days when I just do 30 minutes of cardio sweat is dripping of my body. Full disclosure I use this in addition to Sweat Shaper and a waist trainer and I can literally feel the sweat dripping down my torso and back.It’s not a gel, but it’s not hard either. Just scoop some out with your finger, rub it together between your hands for a second or two, then rub on your body.I’m satisfied and will continue to use this - especially at this price point.

Really works! Recently joined Hotworx gym and this not only makes ya sweat, but it smells good, and is moisturizing even after you wipe off all the sweat!

I do really like this product. It helps me sweat more but for whatever reason it doesnt help my belly sweat more which is mg biggest problem area. It smells great and applies easily however it doesnt stain your clothes if it gets on them. Next time I will purchase the stick so its less messy but overall I give this product a 8/10.

I tried this product on a few times. It doesn't do anything. I feel like I just put on a bunch of coconut oil. It doesn't heat up with or without a waist trimmer. It basically does nothing. It says not to ribbit in so I didn't. I put on a lot and a little. I tried not rubbing it in and also rubbing it in. No difference whatsoever. The only positive is that it doesn't smell bad. I really wanted to love this product but it was just a waste of money 😕

Makes you sweat more when used with a waist trainer. Seems to mostly be petroleum jelly and coconut oil. Very moisturizing but not sure it’s worth buying again.

It was well packaged and has met my expectations.
