Lacrosse ball massage is a form of self-myofascial release. Fascia, or the connective tissue that covers all our muscles and organs are often overlooked and can cause pain, muscle imbalances and poor movement patterns. Treat two sides at once
It has two balls connected together which I feels help to get equal sides that have triggers, but it is harder to maneuver oppose to the single ball
