Lasts forever! My boyfriend has back issues and I get so tired using my elbows and wrists to get deep tissue soreness and this works great!

Worked well for a few months. Now won’t turn on

Battery Stopped Holding a Charge
Well, it still gets 3 stars because the product has helped me with my tense muscles. That being said, I would not recommend this particular model. I had this massager for less than 90 days before it stopped holding a charge. I did everything I was supposed to do and took care of it; I'm cheap and don't like having to replace things because of accidents that could be avoided. I did get the insurance, which proved useless because when I tried to file a claim, I kept getting the runaround and no one would help me. The brand wasn't even listed as something they cover. I finally just gave up trying to get a replacement and can now only use this when plugged in, which is honestly incredibly inconvenient. It isn't nearly as easy to use on your own in certain areas because it needs to stay connected to the wall and like. Probably best to go with a more well known brand with insurance that actually exists.

Will not hold a charge.
Only have used this a few times now. I tried to charge the massager for a 3rd time and now it won't charge at all. If its plugged in, it will work for 5 seconds then shuts off. Can't find any kind of customer service info. Get a different brand not a olangda.

Possible fire hazard.
Device worked for a couple of months. Then after being stored for a few months it wouldn't charge back up and started smelling a burning smell. Manual says to remove battery when storing, however, battery cannot be removed. Website (smartsupportAlkfast.com) does not exsist. Very dissapointed with this purchase.

Don’t buy!!!
Stopped charging after a few months and I had to eat the cost since the company was no longer around to return it. Rip off, do not buy!
