This is my second time purchasing these. They do help with my neuropathy pain. Easy to swallow and no side effects.

This supplement are good for recycling, your vitamin C and vitamin E to work as a powerhouse to keep your mitochondria, strong and running relief of pain functionality can upset your stomach. If you don’t drink enough water the value for money was OK. Taste OK quality was OK and I think I would buy it again..

More bang per milligram!
If you have trouble swallowing big pills or just want to have the most potent form of this particular antioxidant, get this R-isomer version. The same is true for vitamin E (although they usually call their R version "d" or "D" but the notation means the same thing--it's the "right handed" molecular configuration. You'll notice the cost per milligram of single isomer supplements is more, but they work more effectively and also you're not diluting yourself with ineffective molecules.

GREAT product - used every day..
recommended by my foot dr. and it SURE IS GREAT on helping with 'dead' or highly active 'nerve ends'... absolutely GREAT. MUST HAVE the R or it isn't the same.

Is easing Peripheral Neuropathy pain
After suffering from Peripheral Neuropathy for 3 years and trying many exercises and supplements without relief, I nearly gave up. My doctors gave me no hope for easing the pain and telling me I'll just have to live with it.So I was again researching for something to help. I had tried ALA last year without any noticable change in symptoms. So I saw a doctor who again advised ALA but a commenter below his video said it has to be R-Alpha Lipoic Acid, not any other form.So just to try it again I bought this one here on Amazon and started taking 300mg every morning. At first the easing of pain was so slow and subtle that I wasn't sure it was actually a change for the better. Now, after 3 weeks I can say that I am positive that the pain in my toes and feet is less severe. I continue to have pain and numbness but it is definately less. I actually feel up to taking my little dog out for walks.
