We are so happy with this! Our whole family caught a cold recently, and this worked great to help us feel better by day three and definitely seemed to shorten the overall duration. This works! I take this with the first symptoms of a cold...crushes it! They sent the child's version first and I could not return, so disappointed with that, but did order again and they sent the adult version. Much better tasting.
