Works so well for me!
I’m a generally good sleeper but when I am slightly stressed that tends to go out the window. I’ve tried pretty much anything that’s out there including melatonin and muscle relaxers but these have been a godsend! I only take 1 when I feel like I truly need it and I get the best sleep on it!! Definitely worth a try if you like to avoid the harder stuff!

Did Not Work for Me
This was recommended by a friend. However, it didn't work for me or my husband. The real bummer is that it is non-returnable so I'm stuck with it.

Worth a shot
Wanted a natural sleep aid, and in the beginning it worked. But then it didn’t. I’ve heard a lot of great things about the product so was disappointed when it didn’t work anymore. Little pricey for the product.

Meh, didn't do anything for me
I have been trying to optimize my sleep lately and had heard about some of these specific ingredients on a podcast so I decided to try this supplement that had at least some of what I was looking for. Either the formulation just doesn't have the right amounts or it just doesn't do anything for my body in particular, but I noticed no difference with these. That being said, I am already taking a high dose magnesium supplement in the evenings which I think helps a great deal, so maybe I have already maxed out my benefit from sleep supplements with that. If you're not already taking a magnesium supplement, this might help you a lot, who knows.What HAS helped my sleep the most have been behavioral interventions such as bright light viewing first thing in the morning (I bought a special lamp just for this purpose), low light in the evening, sauna in the evening and other good sleep hygiene practices like not spending time in or on my bed unless I'm going to sleep, no napping, no caffeine after 1pm etc.I have no complaints about this supplement other than that I personally did not notice any benefit from taking it, but that's not to say that it won't help others. One of the things I appreciated about it was that it is free of melatonin, which sleep experts recommend against.I sincerely hope this review has been helpful to someone else! I like that it doesn’t contain melatonin. I do feel like I get sleep when I use it. However, I do still sometimes feel groggy in the morning.
