Works as expected for the most part
The locks work as expected, just a little stiff. I did have an issue with one of the locks and they were INCREDIBLY prompt to send a replacement!

These are a great quality. Love that they have a key to unlock for when staff forget their combos! The seem to be really secure.

Just don't
These are poor quality made in China copies of Master Lock. The dials are stiff, some of the combos on the lock are inaccurate and don't work to open the locks. Save yourself time and frustration and spend the extra $$ to buy the name brand Master Locks version that these locks failed to imitate. Returned as soon as I could.
