I'm 55 years old, menopausal, and used to be fairly inactive with a high-sugar diet before becoming low-carb. The guidance of this book helped me to start this diet and it was easier than what i thought. It begins with a section that explains where the recipes came from or how they were produced, just as a good cookbook should. Because the author is a chef, therefore adapted several superb recipes and restaurant dishes to make them low-carb. This book and these writers will provide you with a wealth of important knowledge. I followed the recommendations in this book and from the writers and have not only begun losing weight and fitting into my favourite clothes, but most importantly, my emotions have improved and my attitude on life has improved as well. I'm more upbeat and optimistic now. I'm less depressed and have fewer headaches. And my sugar cravings have entirely vanished, which is something I've never experienced before. Now I'm moving again since I'm feeling better (after just 3 weeks) and I'm getting better each week (it's been 8 weeks since I started). In my conversations with friends and family, I've discovered that the standard food pyramid approach is met with healthy scepticism. Despite this, people are nonetheless afraid to deviate from the usual, at least without a rudimentary grasp of physiology. By teaching these fundamentals of physiology, "Low Carb Cookbook For Beginners and Pros" lays the framework for the action section of the book. This book takes a unique way to determine the best nutritional strategy for you. This is clearly not a one-size-fits-all solution. The plan achieves this level of personalization by taking into account your metabolic status. I particularly like the specific portion sizes for oils and fats, which are frequently difficult to acquire accurate recommendations for. This book laid out topics I thought I already understood insuch a way that it helped me better comprehend the trials and tribulations that come with dieting. It relieves the nervousness that arises when you believe you are sticking to your diet but nothing is happening. As a result, you'll always know how many carbs, calories, and other nutrients you've ingested, and you'll have all the necessary nutritional information for each dish.5 stars for it !

Simply fantastic
Over a year ago, we both switched to a low carb diet. We've had a lot of success with the Keto diet, but we needed a simple to follow Keto cookbook with dishes we were already acquainted with. This is the second low-carb cookbook I've purchased for my collection. My first book, written by another author, is excellent, but not as user-friendly as this one. The ketogenic diet does not necessitate a loss of flavour! Many people believe that becoming ketogenic and eating low-carb foods means giving up conventional cuisine, but most of your favourite foods can be adapted to keto with a little innovation. This book will show you how to cook tasty low-carb versions of your favourite comfort meals. Seasoning tips, lots of desserts, tasty dishes with meat, plus a number of innovative low carb dishes are included. You'll find everything you need in "Low Carb Cookbook For Beginners and Pros." Once you've found more recipes that call for the same unusual ingredient, get it and you'll have several purposes for it. Because it's a lifestyle change, you may want to stick with your new eating habits if you want to reap the benefits and improve your health. The best part about the recipes is that they are really simple to prepare with only a few ingredients - I don't have hours to cook and these dishes are a no-brainer for me. It definitely aided me in starting my low-carb diet, and I'd already lost 3.5 pounds within a week! Every recipe includes a line that provides a quick one-eye overview of particular cooking needs.
