Hard to clean and bird isn't interested in it.

Very prettyBut my bird don't like it he sleeps on top of it. But my bird is weird.

I really like this bed and my Sun Conure was instantly drawn to it when I took it out of the package, but as soon as I saw the stitching it raised fears of him getting hurt by the threads like in horror stories i've read from those old Happy Huts so he's not going inside this.It's the perfect size for a Sun Conure, or any medium sized bird and the bottom is nice and sturdy with the plastic floor inside the zippered bottom pocket. It's also very soft too, but I just can't take the chance of my Sun getting tangled in those exposed threads...especially since he loves to chew and tear through things. It wouldn't be long before those threads became a tangled and dangerous mess.I'm going to have to send it back and I really hate to because other than the exposed and loose threads, it's a very nice bed....it's almost perfect....it's just those darn threads ruin it.I'm adding pictures for others to view so you can make the choice before deciding to order it. Had I seen pictures like this beforehand, I would have continued shopping. Hopefully I can find a bed just like this without the dangerous stitching inside.

Giving this 5 stars as it’s well made, cozy, soft, and yet looks like the striped part would be easy to wipe droppings off. Removable inside pad made of same wipeable cloth. But Woops! My bad! I got this for my parakeet and it’s just too huge. I wish I knew someone with a cockatiel or larger to give this too. I didn’t open it right away and now it’s winter, Im sure I can’t return it for proper size. I would highly recommend this though.

I initially bought this for cockatiel but it way smaller than described. Luckily my little lovebird likes it. Opening is maybe 2.5” wide and 3 “ high

This is such a great item for my bird! Not only does he love to sleep in it, it will also help him with arthritis later on in his years. He also likes to play peek-a-boo out of the side window.

If I was a bird, I’d want this tent.Super soft on the inside. Removable mat is easy to clean. I flipped up the 2 middle stands of the curtain to they drape differently until my bird figures out that he can look through the window. My bird was afraid to go into the tent at first because it’s more enclosed than a regular triangle tent. He absolutely love it now. This tent became his safe place. I will be purchasing more of these for back-ups. I don’t think we can have anything else now.
