Good variety of types of breads
My son-in-law is gluten intolerant. Most commercial products are lacking in taste. This cookbook will allow us to supply him with more flavorful breads. The recipes are easy to follow.

The Best Gluten-free Breads!
I made your cinnamon rolls with my 16-year-old granddaughter who has celiac. She took one bite and said, “So this is what I have been missing out on all my life?!” She loved them and was so glad to be able to eat a rather normal treat. Thank you for figuring out how to make gluten-free foods so tasty and then sharing that with us! I love your book!

Best gluten free bread I have ever had!
First a review of the cookbook. The paper is a nice quality. Every recipe has a full-color photo, and they all look amazing! After the table of contents, there is a section on material and ingredients you will need as well as ingredient substitutions. She tells you what brand of flour to buy, but also gives you an easy flour blend that you can make at home. She has a how-to section that goes over each component of the recipes. In each recipe she provides a section of recipe notes so that the recipe will come out perfectly. Her recipes on her blog Thereislifeafterwheat.com also have many tips and excellent step-by-step instructions. Now onto the bread! We just made our first loaf. We made the sandwich bread. It was so easy and it was fantastic! I have had to be gluten free for about 9 years, and I have tried sooooo many gluten free bread recipes. This is by far the BEST gluten free bread I have ever had. The crust was crispy, the bread was soft and didn't crumble. And best of all it was DELICIOUS! My only regret is that I didn't make 2 loaves!

Recipes work
I have tried many gluten free breads. The best have been restaurants that make them in house. I tried the Peasant bread recipe from this book and it was delicious, soft, crusty texture on top and simple to make. I followed the instructions and used her gf flour blend. My oven tends to cook things fast- so I kept the oven temp but reduced my baking time by a couple of minutes and it turned out perfect .I am an experienced baker and have cooked many gluten muffins, cakes and quick breads but when it comes to yeast baking, I have not been able to bake a decent gf loaf of bread.Im glad I got this book and recommend it to anyone who wants delicious loaves!

Good but
This book is what I had hoped was a good starter book for gluten free bread making. The thing is though make sure you read the instructions well because the total times are off . As they do not include rise or mixing times. Also be aware alot of recipes call for milk and milk powder . Together just seems for some recipes not necessary. The book also states to constantly be aware of your altitude level for it will effect your recipe but doesn’t state how much to adjust it.

This book brought hope back to sandwiches and baked goods
I have bought like 4 copies of this recipe book. I have bought two books for friends and I have two for me....one I use and one for backup. This is a game changer and makes me happy I can provide yummy bread and baked goods for my daughter who has Celiacs disease. I am always promoting this gf recipe book. I am a huge fan!

Amazing! Easy!
I absolutely love all of her recipes! I had become really great at baking until I found out my new allergy. I was crushed that I had to settle for mediocre baked goods until I found her ! All the recipes are super easy to make and my family honestly prefers these over any with gluten that I make for them. We fight over the gluten free bread and cookies! Worth every penny!!
