The Autiphon hearing aids really surprised me. This is the third set of hearing aids I have owned. I did not know hearing aids could sound this good. The others I had sounded like an echo is a well. The sound on the Autiphons is natural and soft. (You know... like real ears) With just a touch, I can adjust the volume up or down. I keep the sound on the lowest setting and hear just fine. With another touch you can change the sound to adjust for a noisy room. My wife could not believe that I could turn the TV sound down to a normal level for the first time in years. The charging case makes it easy to travel. I will look no further. I have found the perfect hearing aids. Thanks!!!

I never used the product because it had obviously been used before. The hearing amplifiers were dirty, the charging box was scratched, and there was no protective wrapping on anything. The package didn't include an instruction manual, additional domes, a charging cable, a dust screen, or a cleaning brush all of which were supposed to be included. I returned the product immediately. Too bad, because it looked like something that would work for me.

Feels like you have ear plugs in. Very uncomfortable. The black very noticeable as it fits your whole inner ear and certainly seen by all. No help for me.Easy return, so that was good.

Allow yourself time to get used to controls. The devices are helpful for watching TV.
