Camera spoilt in less than 3 months. Poor quality camera sold to me
Camera spoilt in less than 3 months. Poor quality camera sold to me. I have 6 other cp plus cameras installed which I had purchased physically from a store in Bangalore SP road and they are working fine from past 5 years. This one I purchased online got spoilt so quickly. Looks like vendor is selling sub standard cameras. Don’t buy from this seller. Picture of camera installed in home and see the video uploaded shows only black grains. I have verified by swapping the camera with working camera and it worked. No issues with cable or dvr. Only issue with camera. Don’t buy from this vendor. When I got the camera also box was in poor shape. I ignored after installation was working. Little did I know it will last only few months!
