If its only 20amp, then cant only one asic miner connect on here?

Depends on how much power the one you are using pulls. I have 5 L3+ running on mine.

Does this output in 220 if plugged in to 220?

Yes, If you input 220v then the output on each of the plugs is 220v. I am currently using these to power ASIC miners that require 220v. Also most pc power supplies are compatible with both 110v and 220v, check the manual on them to be sure before connecting the power cord.

How are these compared to tripplite? I see them almost half price less

I have used them for almost three weeks with no issues so far. They seems to be of good quality. You do need to look at the input, it takes a different plug style bug found it easily on Amazon from Tripplite. I would buy again!!
