This is my second pair of Altamas, they’re so great I had to get them again.

I love them, they are like combat Chucks. The 15n actually fits my foot... That is rare.

Awesome look great. Feel light. They run small or tight due to them being highly functional shoes. Im a 9.5 in other shoes/hey dudes. Altama I may be a 10.5. Not sure contacted seller to purchase other pair to find correct size. Or maybe I just need a wide. Stay tuned.

I really wanted to love these because they look awesome and the design is exactly what you’d want in a tactical/maritime boot. Right out of the box they look solid, feel well built, and definitely give off that rugged, professional vibe. They also drain water well, which is a big plus if you’re around boats or wet environments. That said, comfort is where they fall short for me. The stock insoles are pretty stiff and not very forgiving for long days on your feet. For short wear or occasional use they’re fine, but for all-day wear they become uncomfortable pretty quickly. If you do decide to buy them, I strongly recommend going a half size up or a slightly bigger size so you can throw in some quality aftermarket insoles. I genuinely think that would make a huge difference and turn these into a much better daily-use boot. Overall: good-looking, functional, and well made — just not truly comfortable out of the box. With upgraded insoles, these could easily jump up to a 4-star boot.
