The media could not be loaded. This is a great product, don’t let some of these reviews deter you from getting it! I have a 55” tv and was worried when a lot of people were saying it didn’t fit. When installing the strips you basically have to overlap the connection points being careful to not cover up any of the LED’s. Now keeping in mind that a very tiny bit of the connection wires does pop out from my corners as you can see in the pictures but I don’t even notice it, it does not catch your eye anymore than the tv stands themselves do which you can see in the video. In my opinion a small bit that is visible is still way better than having a camera hanging over the top of the screen like the other products on the market.Once the strips were installed I had no issues connecting to the TV, Wi-Fi, or my phone. It was instant. It does give me a pop up telling me to turn on my Bluetooth many times still, but I ignore it because it is actually connected and working. I also decided to not attach the module to the back of the tv and just place it on the stand with the TV. I chose to do that to distract more from the small bit of wire connection poking out. LED adhesive seems quite strong and we will see if it falls but I doubt it will.Also do keep in mind that this does not work with applications programmed on a smart tv. You have to have an external unit such as a cable provider box, Apple TV, or gaming system (Xbox, PlayStation, etc.). Which is totally fine and makes sense, we currently have our Xbox plugged into it.Just buy it, you won’t regret it!

¡Hola, mi experiencia con el Lytmi LED Backlight Kit, un accesorio increíble, mi experiencia de visualización y entretenimiento cambio bastante.Lo Mejor: Desde que instalé el Lytmi LED Backlight Kit en mi televisor, mi experiencia de ver películas y series ha cambiado completamente. Me encanta es cómo se adapta automáticamente a los colores de la imagen en la pantalla. Sin cámaras, este sistema funciona mágicamente sin necesidad de nada adicional. El efecto de halo sutil que crea realmente hace que las imágenes "salten" de la pantalla.La instalación fue sorprendentemente sencilla. Con cinta adhesiva de doble cara y clips, montar las tiras de LED, solo unos ajustes en la parte trasera de mi TV.. La caja que interpreta la señal y controla los colores es muy inteligente y se conecta fácilmente ami PS4 , PS5, sincronizar con la música es fácil también.Se puede ajustar la intensidad de las luces y elegir entre una variedad de efectos de iluminación. se ajusta a mi televisor de 55” sin problemas.Lo Peor: No todo es perfecto, cuando apago la televisión sigue emitiendo una luz intermitente. La aplicación también puede ser un poco sospechosa ya que solicita información de ubicación.En cuanto a la configuración fue fácil solo que pensé que la había instalado mal pero pude encontrar la configuración adecuada que funciono para mí.En Resumen: El Lytmi LED Backlight Kit, La adaptación de colores es asombrosa y el efecto de halo es realmente atractivo. Cambio mi experiencia de entretenimiento en casa. Si estás buscando algo entretenido para ver películas solo o en compañía esta es la solución.

I read a lot of reviews, and just wanted to come back to clarify some things, and share my experience. First of all, I was prepared for adhesion issues with the brackets but didn’t run into any. Idk if it’s because I was prepared, and thus more gentle on them than I would have been.. but none of them popped off while installing the light strips.. even the two bottom ones that are on rounded corners. The brackets are fairly pliable and seem to hold on well enough for me. Much better than the adhesive on my name brand light strips. Overall very easy to install, the setup was straight forward. I love that I don’t have to manage turning off the LEDs, they are off when the screen is off, and the lighting ignores letter boxing which is nice.The biggest reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because we did encounter HDCP errors after installation. I assumed my setup was incompatible with the box and was about to pull it down and send it back, but I had an additional HDMI cable laying around so I tried it and it fixed the issue. (It’s still hanging down because I need to purchase a shorter one) Another reason is the length of all the cords. None of the cabling is super long, so if you have your tv mounted, you may look into doing what we did and mount the box directly onto the TV. We typically run a center strip down, and since these had to run the lighting from a corner of the TV we had no other choice. The app itself was easy to use, but I would have loved a little more control over customization so I can fine tune it.Pros:- Much cheaper than name brand- Brackets make it easy to install- Lights are off when TV is off.- App is easy to use- Just works on its own after setup- video, audio, or preset lighting modes- works with appletv, Xbox x, ps5, switch and moreCons- Included HDMI is garbage- No ability to fine tune / calibrate- Doesn’t seem to be a sleep mode when no input?- Sometimes is a bit slower to initially display on tv- Color seems a little off at times- Short light / power cables- Only 60hz
