I’ve tried this a few times and there is no crema and the espresso is weak. There is not enough pressure to create the crema. I’ll reach out to the company and see if I am doing something wrong and update my review if needed. For now, I would recommend not wasting your money on this.

It was broken. I used it twice the coffee was awful and then I noticed that the base was not properly connected to the arms.
