Q: Will this remove salt buildup off of a stone spillway of a salt water pool?

I have never used it for this application but it is very effective for my trailer, boat motor, boat and tackle. Anything that the salt coats, it is obvious, this product is effective in removing the salt deposits. My concern would be any product that is not consumed by the deposits that gets in the pool will react with the salt water. Wouldn’t think that would be a big deal, it should be considered.

Q: Will this work on fertilizer salt build up on plastic and nylon hydroponic system components?

It will remove salt and help protect from further damage. It will not harm plastic and it will not restore damage already there

Q: Is this safe for pool tiles?

I would think so, this is not a harsh chemical. I would suggest you test it on a small area first.
