Great recovery tool
The price was right for these resistance tubes. I am recovering from right & left torn rotator cuffs. These tubes are similar to the ones I used in physical therapy. Various tubes, varying resistance. I’m about 90% recovered. Great product.

Great for home or in you suitcase.
Love these bands for my wife’s workouts and occasionally for mine. The will last for 2 to 3 years with regular use. Anchor in the door frame with the door closed and you can hit different muscle groups.

Easy and convenient workout!
The first set I got was defected but I received the second one within 2 days and I love it. I don’t hold the defect against the product. It is definitely worth it. The tubes and over the door anchor works great! I really like how the different tubes have different weight resistance.
