This stuff is awesome and amazing. I am one of those people who blows her nose constantly and who goes through a box of tissues in a week. This saved me money on tissues. It moisturizes the inside of my nose and throughout my nasal passages, which apparently is which I blow my nose a lot. After using this product, my nasal passages felt...happy, I guess is the right word for it. I hadn't realized that they were unhappy before that moment. And after using it, I don't have to blow my nose again for hours. It's amazing. Well, to me anyway.

I started using this on my doctor’s recommendation. I had become pretty addicted to the ingredients in Afrin, and he warned me that could be a real problem. Simply Saline has worked great, and with no rebound or other side effects. Also, I use it whenever my nose gets congested, which is pretty often, and fter seven months I am just starting the third can, so it is extremely economical. I had considered the nighttime version, but after seeing the reviews about how the added ingredients burn I passed on that. I do occasionally use a Vicks inhaler when I’m away from the saline, and when those folks say the menthol etc, burns they aren’t kidding!

I've been using the nasal saline spray in little plastic bottles for years and recently was introduced to the Arm & Hammer Simply Saline Nasal Relief cans. The spray nozzle fits comfortably inside my small nostrils and the spray function is simple to use. Hold briefly and you get a spray, but if you hold down on the little lever for longer and a stream is dispensed. I use this twice daily, sometimes more if I'm having nosebleeds or the air is especially dry, gently blowing into a tissue after the treatment. The can is unable to travel in an aircraft with me, so I use the plastic spray bottles when I've flown to another destination, then return to using this when I return home. It's more expensive, but I find it easier to gently spray and there is no taste which I sometimes sense with the other product.

I have used NetiPots in the past but this is a more efficient and sanitary method of clearing dry sinuses. I have major problems with postnatal drip and also use oxygen at night and most of the day. The O2 dries the nasal and sinus passages and I wind up with a dried up and uncomfortable airway. I was never comfortable with using tap water in a net I pot. besides which how can you clean a net I pot? the A&H saline spray solves that problem.Its sterile saline, the tip can be wiped down with alcohol between uses effectively since it is a hard plastic as opposed to compressed polystrofoam. Very effective.

This works just about as well as my prescriptions medicine. Really clears my sinuses which are problematic due to many allergies

Husband is on oxygen for copd. He likes this. For you not on oxygen I am about to get graphic about nose stuff. My husband gets buggers that are very hard and require digging. He describes as “boulders”. My mother and father were both on oxygen and described the same i I know people on oxygen get this. This product helps immensely. My husband gets up un the morning and uses it and is able to remove them a lot easier. Also important cause he is also on blood thinner and has to watch any bleeding. Again sorry if too graphic lol..

I use this product to prevent chronic sinus infections, which I can contract at the drop of a hat. I rinse my sinuses three times a day to get rid of allergens such as pollen, dust, smoke, etc. It is so soothing to the passages in the nose. It's my go to product especially during the spring and summer. In the winter time, it keeps dry nasal passages moist. I have fewer sinus infections, which means I don't miss work!

I’ve been using this spray for years, but this most recent bottle smelled odd. I’ve never noticed anything like this before, but I could almost taste a chemical or maybe it sat in a box under the sun too long?
