OSHA has standards that apply specifically to the steps that must be taken to assure a stable scaffold base. Note: Except where indicated, these requirements also apply to manually propelled, pump jack, ladder jack, tube and coupler, and pole scaffolds, as well as the specialty scaffolds described in the Supported Scaffolds module

Very satisfied
We.purchased these for a 40 ft x 40 ft canopy over our camp site. The pivot allowed the bases to be placed on a slope and stabilize with rebar. Excellent quality. We have recommended them to other campsite Owners

Did not get what was shown.
The plates I received were not galvanized, which is a minor issue. The plates did not resemble the picture in that the hole spacing was not well thought out and certainly not as shown, and, most annoying, was the total angle of swivel was less than 90 degrees. I've had to modify the plates to meet my needs. If I was sent the plates as shown it would have saved a lot of work.
